Who we are

RedC Media L.L.C-FZ ("RedC Media", "we") is a media and data-technology company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 2313930.01, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai). We provide audience, measurement and brand-suitability solutions to advertisers and agencies, as an authorised reseller of the Azira and Zefr platforms.

What we collect on this website

If you contact us through this site, we process the details you provide (name, business e-mail, message) to respond to you. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent via the cookie banner. We do not sell data collected on this website.

Data in our services

RedC Media does not collect consumer data itself. The audience and measurement services we provide are operated on our partners' platforms, which process pseudonymised identifiers (such as mobile advertising IDs) and location signals under their own privacy programmes. RedC Media does not receive or hold data that identifies individuals by name.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the GDPR or equivalent laws — including access, correction, deletion and objection. To exercise any right regarding data held by RedC Media, or to ask us anything about privacy, contact privacy@redc.media. We respond within 30 days.

Retention and security

Website enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and meet legal record-keeping duties. Our corporate systems run on Microsoft 365; we maintain access controls appropriate to our size and hold no consumer databases of our own.
